Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of D' Recyclers Exchange, an international marketplace connecting sellers, buyers, aggregators, pickers, collectors and transport operators of recyclable and secondary raw materials. By creating an account or using the exchange you accept these terms.
1. Who may use the exchange
You must be at least 18 and able to enter binding contracts, or act for a business that has authorised you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account, business and contact details and for everything done under your account.
2. Identity and verification
Some roles and actions require identity or business verification (KYC). We may request documents, refuse, suspend or withdraw verification, and restrict accounts where information is false, incomplete or linked to unlawful activity.
3. Our role
The exchange is a venue. Contracts for materials and transport are made directly between users. We are not the buyer, seller, carrier or agent of any party, and we do not take ownership of any material.
The exchange does not currently hold, move or release money. Payment records on the platform are records only. Escrow, fund custody, crypto settlement and currency conversion are not active services.
4. Listings and buy requests
Descriptions of material, grade, quantity, condition, location and price must be accurate and lawful. Prices and amounts are shown in the currency the user entered, and that original amount is authoritative. We may moderate, hide or remove content that is misleading, prohibited, hazardous without proper declaration, or in breach of these terms.
5. Deals, offers and inspections
An accepted offer creates a deal record between buyer and seller. The parties are responsible for agreeing final terms, inspections, weighing, documents, permits, taxes and duties. Meeting and inspection reports filed on the platform are records made by the parties.
6. Transport and tracking
Transport operators must hold the licences, insurance and permits required for each movement. Where a shipment uses tracking, vehicle hardware tracking and driver phone tracking are both required, and driver details must be provided. Location data is used to show progress to the parties to that shipment and to raise safety and route alerts.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not trade stolen, illegal or undeclared hazardous material; misrepresent weight or quality; circumvent sanctions, export controls or waste-shipment rules; harass other users; scrape the platform; or interfere with its security.
8. Disputes between users
Disputes about a deal are raised and handled under our Dispute Resolution process. Findings are recorded decisions and do not move funds.
9. Fees
Any fees will be shown before you commit to the action they apply to. We will not charge a fee that was not shown to you in advance.
10. Liability
The exchange is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the quality, quantity, legality or delivery of materials, for the acts of users or carriers, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users, keeping the records we are required to keep.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions can be raised through Help & Support. See also our Privacy Policy.
