Money moves when the load checks out.
Every payment is tied to one deal. The buyer's payment is held by our payment partner and only released to the seller when the buyer confirms the load. Escrow is currently in test mode — no real money moves until live payments are approved.
Buyer and seller settle the price, quantity and delivery terms through offers on the platform. The deal record keeps the agreed figures.
The seller adds payout details and the buyer acknowledges them. The buyer then pays the agreed total through the exchange checkout (card, bank transfer or USSD), where it is held — or pays the seller directly and records it on the deal.
The buyer confirms the delivered material and the held payment is released to the seller. An open dispute keeps it held; a cancellation refunds the buyer.
Every deal you are part of has its own page with the agreed terms, the timeline of what each side did, the payments recorded against it and the shipment papers.
