Dispute Resolution
Last updated 24 September 2026
When a deal goes wrong — short weight, wrong grade, damaged load, late or missing delivery, or payment problems — either party can raise a dispute. Both sides and an administrator see the claim, the evidence and every reply. The exchange does not hold or move money, so a decision is a recorded finding, not a refund.

1. Talk first
Message the other party on the deal. Many issues are settled by a quick explanation, re-weighing or corrected documents.
2. Raise a dispute
Choose the deal, the reason and describe what happened. State any amount you claim in the deal's original currency.
3. Add evidence
Upload weighbridge tickets, photos, lab results, inspection reports and transport documents on the dispute thread. Tracking history for the shipment is kept as evidence.
4. Response and review
The other party is notified and can reply. An administrator reviews and may ask either side for more information.
5. Finding
The dispute is marked resolved or rejected with a written finding. You can withdraw your own dispute at any time before a finding.
